Candidate Profile

• Possess between 3 and 5 years of post-graduation experience in architecture.
• Maintain a positive, solution-oriented professional outlook rooted in teamwork and camaraderie.
• Exhibit clear communication and strong interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and the ability to perform well under pressure.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Revit, Adobe Suite, and visualization tools such as Enscape or D5 Render.
• Show a strong work ethic, reliability, and eagerness for ongoing professional growth and learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise directly with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders involved in projects.
• Enhance technical skills and architectural knowledge by participating in project meetings and creating detailed architectural drawings and documentation.
• Receive mentorship from senior architects, allowing for growth and skill enhancement.
• Engage in all project stages, including initiation, design development, project delivery, construction oversight, and post-occupancy evaluations.
• Contribute to preliminary feasibility studies and preparation of Development Approval documentation.
