Job Overview
Join Manasvi Civil and Structural Consultant as an Architectural Draftsman responsible for creating detailed architectural and structural drawings essential for construction projects. The role involves preparing a variety of technical plans, including Architectural Plans, RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) Drawings, Light Fitting Drawings, Plumbing Drawings, Blue Prints, and obtaining sanctioned plans.
Key Duties
- Develop comprehensive architectural drawings and RCC structural plans adhering to project specifications.
- Prepare accurate Light Fitting and Plumbing Drawings to support electrical and plumbing installations.
- Draft Blue Prints and sanctioned plans necessary for official approvals.
- Conduct site visits during project execution to monitor progress and ensure drawings align with on-site developments.
- Utilize own bike for site visits, as personal transportation is required for the role.
Additional Information
Use of a personal bike is mandatory to fulfill site visit requirements effectively.
Compensation
The monthly salary offered ranges from INR 15,000 to INR 35,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
