Job description
Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified architect who possesses the capability to produce precise architectural diagrams using AutoCAD. The successful candidate should be thoroughly familiar with the entire lifecycle of project execution and maintain active communication with relevant stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met. Regular quality assurance inspections must be performed to confirm adherence to all regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed plans and drawings that clearly represent the architectural design of assigned projects.
- Apply principles from engineering, mathematics, sciences, and materials knowledge to achieve an optimal final product.
- Perform site inspections to verify the quality of workmanship and compliance with safety protocols.
- Supervise and provide suggestions throughout all phases of the construction process.
- Coordinate with different teams to define objectives, timelines, and budget requirements.
Qualifications
- Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- Open to fresh graduates.
- Exhibit strong organizational abilities, creativity, and presentation skills.
- Skilled in using AutoCAD and Revit software.
