Role Summary

This full-time Architect position is based on-site in Kuwait City. The individual will be involved in developing concepts, executing architectural designs, and producing detailed drawings for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Key daily tasks encompass coordinating design solutions, preparing comprehensive documentation, cooperating with interior design teams, and assisting in project management duties including scheduling, deliverables, and stakeholder communications. The architect will also liaise with consultants and contractors to ensure consistent adherence to design intent through all stages, contribute to design reviews, and uphold quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Participate actively in concept creation and architectural design development for diverse project types.
• Create detailed construction drawings and documentation to support project execution.
• Collaborate closely with interior teams to maintain coherent design integration.
• Support project management through planning, tracking progress, and coordinating schedules and deliverables.
• Work alongside consultants and contractors to safeguard design accuracy throughout project phases.
• Engage in design reviews and implement quality control measures.

Qualifications and Skills

• Solid grounding in Architecture and Architectural Design, capable of translating concepts into practical, buildable solutions.
• Proficiency with design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalents.
• Advantageous to have experience in software development and integration related to design tools, BIM platforms, or workflow enhancements.
• Demonstrated project management abilities emphasizing planning, coordination, and multi-phase tracking.
• Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, effective in multidisciplinary teams and Client/consultant interactions.
• Acute attention to detail, sensitivity to design aesthetics, and adeptness at managing deadlines in a dynamic studio environment.
• Previous employment in architectural studios or firms, with regional experience in Kuwait or the Middle East being a beneficial asset.
