Architect

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-focused Architect to contribute to the planning, design, and execution of architectural projects. This position involves conceptualizing architectural designs, preparing detailed plans and presentations, producing technical drawings, and coordinating project documentation to ensure compliance with all technical, functional, aesthetic, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Create architectural drawings including plans, elevations, sections, layouts, and construction documentation.
• Support design development by selecting materials, planning spaces, and liaising with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Review and update drawings to reflect design changes and maintain project documentation accuracy.
• Communicate requirements clearly to ensure smooth project progression from initial concept through to completion.
• Develop innovative and practical design solutions that consider objectives, building regulations, safety, sustainability, budgets, and constructability.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
• Solid understanding of architectural design principles, building planning, construction processes, and technical documentation.
• Proficiency in architectural design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign is beneficial.
• Excellent visual creativity, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills.
• Capability to produce clear architectural drawings, presentations, and comprehensive project documentation.
• Knowledgeable about building codes, regulations, standards, and planning requirements.
• High attention to detail paired with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Skill in coordinating with diverse teams including consultants, contractors, clients, and internal members.
• Competence in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
