Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and elaborate execution plans complying with Leistungsphase 5 HOAI
• Collaborate with specialist planners to devise practical constructive solutions
• Monitor quality, timelines, and budgets closely and promptly escalate discrepancies
• Examine and improve the technical feasibility of projects
• Coordinate communications with clients, planning participants, and contractors
• Ensure smooth planning processes using BIM-based planning methods

Candidate Profile

• Completed degree in Architecture (Dipl.-Ing., M.A., or M.Sc.)
• At least 5 years of professional experience, preferably focused on execution planning (LP 5)
• Proficient with Archicad and Microsoft Office
• Strong knowledge of German building regulations, standards, and guidelines
• Fluent German language skills, both spoken and written
• Structured, precise, and solution-focused working approach
