Role Overview
Join Cognition Edutech as an Architect contributing to commercial projects primarily located in Gomti Nagar and Jankipuram, Lucknow. Your core responsibility will involve creating architectural designs and detailed working drawings while ensuring projects comply with local regulations and client expectations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Guarantee adherence to the building regulations and zoning requirements established by the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA).
- Work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to coordinate project details and requirements.
- Develop comprehensive architectural plans and prepare precise working drawings for construction purposes.
