Architect Engineer - Fresh Graduates

Role Overview

The Architect Engineer is tasked with designing and executing building projects from conception through completion. This role involves preparing feasibility studies, assessing environmental impacts, producing project proposals, estimating costs, setting timelines, and managing construction operations. A key focus is assisting with interpreting client requirements and ensuring projects adhere to Qatar laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer relationships through professional engagement.
• Define project objectives and ensure delivery of final designs and construction documentation to contractors.
• Create building design concepts and detailed drawings aligned with client requirements.
• Understand and interpret the project brief and client needs accurately.
• Develop concept designs punctually to satisfy project scope and client expectations.
• Collaborate to secure timely client approvals of concept designs.
• Assist in managing design phases as guided by the design manager and IMS procedures.
• Deliver design outputs on schedule across all stages: concept, schematic, detailed design, and construction documentation.
• Engage with construction experts to assess project feasibility considering regulations, environmental factors, and budgets, ensuring smooth project progression.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including building service engineers, construction managers, and quantity surveyors.
