This role involves preparing feasibility studies, assessing environmental impacts, and managing project proposals and cost estimations. Key duties include close collaboration with clients to understand their requirements, timely generation of schematic and detailed designs, and supervising construction in alignment with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients to develop their projects successfully.
• Define project goals and deliver final schematic and construction documentation to contractors accurately.
• Produce detailed building designs aligned with client concepts to fulfill specific requirements.
• Comprehend project briefs thoroughly to ensure design aligns with client expectations.
• Deliver timely concept designs and secure client approvals on design stages.
• Support management of project design activities under guidance from design managers and organizational procedures.
• Meet schedules for design deliverables at all stages including concept, schematic, detailed design, and construction documentation phases.
• Collaborate with construction professionals to evaluate project feasibility, incorporating considerations such as zoning laws, environmental aspects, and budget constraints for seamless project execution.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including building service engineers, construction managers, and quantity surveyors to coordinate project tasks effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
