Job Overview and Responsibilities
The Architect will be responsible for managing real estate development projects from the initial feasibility stage all the way to handover. This role requires conceptualizing project ideas, coordinating with consultants, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, implementing value engineering practices, supervising construction sites, and aligning all efforts with commercial goals, design guidelines, quality standards, and project specifications.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent qualifications such as Landscape Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Diploma in Architecture.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience relevant to architectural design and real estate projects.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction principles.
- Familiarity with building systems and site requirements.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop software tools.
