Role Overview
This full-time, on-site Architect position is based in Kolkata, West Bengal. The role involves developing architectural concepts and detailed designs, including producing construction drawings for projects such as hospitals, residential buildings, and landscapes. Key responsibilities include client and MEP consultant coordination, creating design presentations, and ensuring all designs meet relevant standards and regulations. The Architect will also work closely with the project team during site visits to monitor construction quality and address any design-related challenges.
Qualifications
- Possession of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
Open Positions
- Junior Architect: suitable for freshers or candidates with one to two years of experience.
- Senior Architect: requires a minimum of three years of relevant experience.
