Role Description
The Architect position is an on-site, full-time role located in Gurugram. Responsibilities include handling architectural design processes from initial concept stages through to construction documentation and coordination. Daily tasks involve creating drawings and 3D models, formulating design proposals, and fine-tuning layouts and design details in compliance with project objectives and building regulations. The role requires collaboration with project leads, consultants, and contractors, reviewing technical materials, and assisting with site coordination to uphold design intent.
The Architect will also engage in client meetings, support presentation preparations, and contribute to project scheduling and documentation management. Effective communication, punctuality, and a strong emphasis on design quality, constructability, and integration with related disciplines are vital for this position.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept creation, spatial planning, and detailing.
- Experience with software development and integration relevant to architectural workflows, including handling design and documentation tools and managing digital model coordination.
- Project management capabilities encompassing task planning, stakeholder coordination, and foundational knowledge of project timelines and deliverables.
- Proficiency with widely used design and documentation software tools (such as drafting and presentation applications) is advantageous.
- Possession of a relevant professional degree in Architecture, with preference given to candidates who are licensed or advancing towards professional registration.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills suitable for working in an on-site, multidisciplinary setting.
