Role Overview

We are looking for a full-time Architect to join our Vadodara office. The candidate will develop architectural concepts and produce detailed drawings and 3D models for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Responsibilities include close coordination with structural, MEP, and interior design consultants, ensuring compliance with local building codes, and active participation in client consultations to refine project requirements and present design solutions. Additional duties involve aiding project planning, overseeing design milestones, preparing tender documents, and assisting with site coordination. Maintaining organized project documentation and contributing to consistency and quality across all tasks is essential.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• A minimum of two years' professional experience in architecture is essential.
• Strong fundamentals in architectural design with the capacity to translate client needs into functional and visually appealing structures that comply with standards.
• Experience integrating architectural designs cohesively with structural, MEP, and interior elements.
• Knowledge or practical exposure to software development or workflows related to architectural software, including CAD tool customization and interoperability, is an advantage.
• Effective project management skills to plan, track, and communicate deliverables and risks through design phases.
• A degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. Professional registration or eligibility thereof is preferred.
• Proficient with CAD software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp; familiarity with visualization or rendering software is beneficial.
• Understanding of Vadodara and Gujarat’s local building codes, regulations, and approvals processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities complemented by excellent communication skills, with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines responsibly in an on-site team environment.
