About the Role

SKY+Line Built is seeking a creative and detail-focused Architect with over 3 years of professional experience to join our team located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Our firm specializes in architecture, interiors, and real estate, emphasizing thoughtful design, practical detailing, and superior project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Create design concepts, plan spaces, and develop schematic designs based on client requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive working drawings, including Good For Construction (GFC) drawings and detailed specifications.
• Produce 3D visualizations and effective presentation drawings to support design communication.
• Collaborate and coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and construction teams throughout project phases.
• Ensure that designs comply with local building regulations and National Building Code (NBC) standards and assist in securing necessary approvals.
• Supervise on-site execution to maintain the original design intent and quality standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree from a recognized university along with registration with the Council of Architecture (COA).
• Have at least 3 years of consistent experience in architectural practice.
• Demonstrate proficiency in key architectural software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and applicable rendering tools.
• Possess a solid understanding of construction materials, detailing techniques, and building methods.
• Capable of independently managing design projects and coordinating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain a strong portfolio that displays completed or active architectural projects.

Additional Job Information

• Job location is Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
• The position is full-time and requires onsite presence.
• Compensation offered is ₹30,000 per month.
