About the Role
Join Sambhav Group as a pivotal member of our architectural team, where your proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit will drive innovation. You will play a significant role in designing sustainable and cutting-edge projects that influence community living.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to formulate and develop design concepts and detailed drawings using AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit.
- Produce comprehensive architectural blueprints and specifications tailored for residential and commercial developments.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to confirm all project specifications and requirements are fulfilled.
- Perform site inspections to evaluate existing conditions and suggest enhancements to designs.
- Keep abreast with the latest industry advancements and practices to optimize design workflows continually.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior architects on the utilization of architectural design software.
- Ensure all projects adhere strictly to the relevant building codes and regulations to guarantee compliance and successful execution.
