Architect

Role Overview

We are looking for an imaginative, detail-focused, and technically skilled Architect to assist in the planning, design, development, and delivery of architectural projects. This role entails formulating architectural concepts, preparing design proposals, creating technical drawings, managing project documentation, and ensuring that designs fulfill functional, aesthetic, technical, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft architectural plans, elevations, sections, layouts, presentations, and construction documents.
• Support design development, material selection, space planning, and collaboration with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Review drawings, track design revisions, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Ensure clear communication of project requirements throughout all phases.
• Develop innovative and practical design solutions aligned with project objectives, building codes, safety regulations, sustainability goals, budget constraints, and constructability considerations.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail and coordinate effectively to facilitate smooth project progress from concept to completion.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, building planning, construction processes, and technical documentation standards.
• Competence with architectural design and drafting tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite applications like Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign is advantageous.
• Strong abilities in visual design, creativity, analysis, and problem-solving.
• Skill in producing clear architectural drawings, presentations, layouts, and project documents.
• Sound knowledge of building codes, regulations, standards, and planning requisites.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and detail-oriented skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to collaborate efficiently with consultants, contractors, clients, and internal teams.
• Ability to juggle multiple project demands and adhere to deadlines.
