About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and registered Senior Architect to join our Sydney-based team. This position involves leading intricate design projects primarily within the hospitality industry, managing detailed documentation, and elevating your leadership abilities through challenging work.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce architectural designs that meet and exceed client expectations in hospitality venues.
• Participate actively in collaborative design workshops to foster innovative solutions.
• Support contract administration functions during both construction and post-construction periods.
• Mentor junior design staff, ensuring adherence to quality standards and enhancing their industry expertise.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Registered Architect qualification accompanied by a minimum of 10 years professional experience.
• Advanced proficiency in using Revit software.
• Experience preparing construction documentation for Class 2 buildings.
• Strong creative problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Capability to initiate conflict resolution and effectively modify plans as necessary.
• Outstanding communication skills to develop and maintain productive relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants.
