About the Role
If you've got a passion for retail, this role is perfect for you. We're looking for an Apprentice Retail Sales Assistant eager to join a welcoming team at Savers Health Home & Beauty. Every day brings fresh challenges and opportunities in-store, where you'll develop a positive 'can-do' mindset and collaborate with your colleagues. Your main focus will be delivering an exceptional shopping experience, making sure customers leave with a smile, and maintaining outstanding store presentation that stands out.
Training and Development
Your training will be hands-on and based entirely in-store for the first 12 months—no college classes or homework involved! At the end of this period, your skills and progress will be assessed through discussions and practical performance observations. Support from experienced team members and an assigned tutor will guide you toward achieving your Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship qualification.

Key Qualifications and Requirements
- Passionate about the products sold at Savers Health Home & Beauty
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving retail setting
- Team-oriented attitude with enthusiasm for hands-on involvement
- Minimum GCSE grade 4/C (or equivalent) in English and Maths; National 4 for Scotland
- Not currently enrolled in any form of education and available for full-time work shifts
- No prior completion of a Retail Apprenticeship
- Eligible to work in the United Kingdom
- New to the retail sector
