This dynamic apprenticeship offers a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical experience to build a strong foundation in hospitality management and exceptional service. The program cultivates a global perspective on hotel and restaurant operations.

Learning Focus

Participants will study the essential facets of managing hotel and restaurant services, concentrating on Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food and Beverage departments. As the program advances, apprentices receive training in additional areas such as Finance, Sales and Marketing, and Human Resources to develop a well-rounded understanding of the hospitality industry.
