Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a thorough understanding of customer technologies and identify critical gaps, guiding projects throughout the full implementation cycle.
  • Provide technical leadership on complex application projects and manage team activities.
  • Lead execution efforts including site evaluations, demonstrations at customer locations, with active involvement in Statements of Work (SOW) and scheduling commitments.
  • Engage directly with customers to analyze technical requirements and timelines.
  • Define and approve product application support plans for installation phases.
  • Innovate and spearhead new methodologies aimed at optimizing system performance tailored to specific applications.
  • Analyze, develop, and transfer new application capabilities within the system envelope from product divisions to customer support teams.
  • Conduct and lead customer technical review meetings.

Required Experience and Expertise

  • Demonstrate deep conceptual and practical knowledge within own discipline along with foundational understanding of related fields.
  • Understand industry best practices and competitive differentiators relevant to own area and its integration with others.
  • Serve as a resource to less experienced colleagues; potentially manage small-scale projects with manageable risks.
  • Resolve complex problems using fresh perspectives and sound judgment derived from multi-source information analysis.
  • Impact various customer, operational, project, or service activities across own and adjacent teams within established guidelines.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills by communicating complex or sensitive topics effectively and fostering consensus.

  • Travel Requirement: Approximately 10% travel expected.
