Starting wage is $26.26 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain beach and pool areas to ensure guest and owner satisfaction
- Distribute towels and lounge chairs and attend promptly to guest and owner needs
- Keep the environment clean, safe, and inviting
- Supervise the pool and beach areas, promptly reporting any safety issues
- Work outdoors daily in a picturesque tropical environment
Requirements
- Possess a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor
- Capable of working in various outdoor weather conditions comfortably
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills with keen attention to detail
- No prior experience necessary; training is provided for the right candidate
- Hold a current valid Hawaii driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
