Anthropic Product & Platform Expert

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Technology Specialist to serve as the organization's authoritative expert on Claude across all deployment platforms. This role is highly specialized, concentrating exclusively on Claude products, including consumer applications, developer platforms, and enterprise agent tools, and supporting internal teams in leveraging these technologies effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the organization's subject-matter expert for the entire Claude product range: Claude.ai (incorporating Projects, Artifacts, and Memory), Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Claude Design, Claude in Chrome, Claude Science, and Claude in Slack (Claude Tag).
• Develop and manage Agent Skills and Model Context Protocol (MCP) server integrations that interlink Claude with internal systems, documentation, and data.
• Create, test, and sustain system prompts and Claude Projects to support recurring internal functions.
• Oversee the Claude Console/Platform, handling API keys, monitoring usage and spending, and configuring workspaces and models.
• Assess new Claude model iterations and functions—such as adaptive reasoning, computer use, code execution, extended context, and memory—and convert insights into best practices for internal use.
• Conduct reviews and governance for Agent Skills and MCP servers prior to deployment, including security assessments, version control, and access management.
• Lead internal training sessions and office hours to facilitate Claude product adoption across teams.

Experience and Expertise

• 2 to 5 years working extensively with the Claude product suite, including Claude.ai, Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Agent Skills, and integrations within Slack and Chrome.
• Hands-on experience with Claude API and Agent SDK using Python or TypeScript for tool utilization, structured output generation, prompt caching, and context management.
• Proven capability in building and bundling Agent Skills and linking Claude to systems via MCP servers.
• Advanced skills in Claude-specific prompt engineering, including system prompts, XML formatting, and managing context window effectively.
• Understanding Claude's safety frameworks such as Constitutional AI and Responsible Scaling Policy and their impact on enterprise applications.
• Agility in assessing and implementing new Claude releases as they become available.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey Claude’s features and limitations to non-technical audiences.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience managing Claude for enterprise or teams, including Single Sign-On, audit logs, governance, and seat allocation.
• Familiarity with deploying Claude through services like Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or Microsoft Foundry.
• Knowledge of Claude Code plugins, subagents, hooks, and slash commands.
• Experience in developing or managing an Agent Skills or MCP registry.
• Track record of presenting Claude adoption strategies to leadership and facilitating organizational change related to new tool implementations.
