Position Overview
We are looking for a proficient and motivated Anaplan Developer at the Manager or Associate Director level to become a key member of our Technology Consulting team. This role involves architecting, creating, and refining Anaplan models to solve sophisticated business challenges and spearhead transformational efforts across various organizations. The candidate should be versed in Anaplan, financial systems, and data integration, with demonstrated leadership skills in guiding cross-functional groups to implement impactful business solutions.

Our consultants apply versatile skills and collaborate extensively across Consulting and Advisory units, focusing on project management, stakeholder coordination, communication, and process enhancements to generate significant outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the entire Anaplan implementation lifecycle, covering planning, design, and development; document business needs, system architecture, and transformative objectives.
- Enhance existing Anaplan models for better performance, ease of use, and capability, ensuring smooth data integration from systems like NetSuite, SAP, and Coupa.
- Create and sustain processes for data integration, transformation, and reporting that uphold data precision and reliability.
- Offer technical guidance to redesign business models throughout the firm to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
- Develop and deliver training programs and documentation to promote user adoption and efficient use of Anaplan solutions.
- Diagnose and fix issues related to Anaplan platforms and their integrations, ensuring minimal interference with business activities.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, communicating timelines, deliverables, and progress status clearly to stakeholders.
- Keep abreast of new technologies and best practices concerning Anaplan development and financial systems to foster continuous advancement.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related areas.
- Certified Anaplan Level 1 and 2 Model Builder credentials; Level 3 certification is advantageous.
- Certification in SCRUM Project Management or an equivalent methodology.
- Additional certifications related to source systems are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience developing and maintaining Anaplan models across several industries.
- Strong expertise in financial systems management, data integration, and model performance optimization.
- Practical experience working with source systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Coupa, and other ERP or CRM platforms.
- Proficiency with project management tools including Jira, Miro, Asana, MS Office applications, and ServiceNow.
- Proven competencies in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects within advisory or professional services settings.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities with a history of implementing solutions that improve business operations.

- Advanced technical skills in Anaplan model building, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective engagement with stakeholders at various levels.
