Analyst - Master Data Management SCM

Overview

The role focuses on handling transactional activities within Master Data Management involving various SAP master data elements such as Customer, Vendor, Finance, Pricing, and Product masters. An essential part of the position is to update SAP data as requested and maintain effective communication with requestors to address their needs and resolve any issues, ensuring uninterrupted operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage Master Data creation, updates, and modifications across five domains in SAP: Customer, Vendor, Finance, Pricing, and Product master data.
• Process and resolve requests in the Service Now (SNOW) platform efficiently, adhering to stipulated Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Maintain turnaround time (TAT) compliance and ensure SLA adherence for all assigned activities.
• Oversee dashboard upkeep, process governance, customer engagement, and workload distribution.
• Perform data analysis and generate reports in line with client requirements, adapting dynamically to request variations.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with requestors and customers for seamless communication and service delivery.

Requirements

• Proficiency in handling SAP master data, especially in domains of material management and procurement.
• Experience using Service Now or similar ticketing tools to manage data requests.
• Capability to manage time effectively to meet SLAs and handle dynamic workloads.
• Strong communication skills to interact with multiple stakeholders and manage customer relations.
