Job description
Role Overview
The Registered Nurse Analyst will be tasked with examining complex healthcare claims alongside pharmacy and laboratory data to assess network usage and drive cost containment initiatives.
Primary Duties
- Analyze and compile healthcare utilization and cost containment reports, providing actionable recommendations stemming from data insights.
- Lead the creation, structure, and ongoing maintenance of varied healthcare datasets.
- Develop and implement robust data cleaning and integration processes to facilitate thorough analysis and insight extraction.
- Oversee the execution of special projects as solicited by internal teams or external stakeholders.
- Coordinate timelines for deliverables, ensuring stringent quality control through systematic reviews and validations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of an Associate’s Degree or its equivalent; a Bachelor’s Degree is favored.
- Professional experience ranging from 3 to 5 years, ideally 5 to 7 years in related roles.
- Possession of a Registered Nurse (RN) license is strongly preferred.
- Excellent analytical capabilities combined with strong organizational and communication skills.
