Job Overview

We are looking for a proficient Aluminum Fabricator with extensive technical expertise and practical experience in both fabrication and onsite execution. The role revolves around the precise cutting, handling, and fabrication of aluminum systems, coupled with interpreting project requirements to guide materials procurement and facilitate smooth onsite activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Create aluminum components such as doors, windows, partitions, and architectural systems meeting project specifications.
• Perform accurate measurement, cutting, assembly, and installation of aluminum profiles and accessories.
• Analyze project blueprints and technical documentation to identify the correct aluminum profiles and materials needed.
• Work closely with the procurement department by supplying exact material requirements and quantities aligned with project demands.
• Select appropriate aluminum systems and profiles based on project types, including sliding, casement, and slim systems.
• Ensure safe and proper use of tools, machinery, and materials throughout the fabrication process.
• Oversee or assist onsite installation, ensuring compliance with technical drawings and quality standards.
• Address fabrication or installation challenges with effective solutions.
• Maintain adherence to safety protocols and company-site regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and onsite teams to ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications and Experience

• Three to five years of direct experience in aluminum fabrication and installation.
• Comprehensive understanding of aluminum profiles, systems, and accessories utilized in construction.
• Capability to interpret technical schematics and project requirements accurately.
• Experience in coordinating material planning with procurement teams.
• Familiarity with onsite conditions and installation techniques.
• Proficiency in operating fabrication tools and machinery.
• Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and coordination abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Background in glass and aluminum firms or facade system companies.
• Knowledge of Dubai's market standards, suppliers, and aluminum system types.
• Basic understanding of glass varieties and their integration with aluminum systems is advantageous.
