About the Employer

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the skilled trades team across diverse tasks such as drywall construction, cladding, plastering, sanding, laying installation conduits, paving work, and fencing.
- Perform maintenance duties across all Brücke Group properties including office spaces and nursing homes.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Completed training as a carpenter, joiner, drywall installer, or comparable skilled trades certification. Alternatively, several years of substantial work experience in these fields is also welcome.
- Possession of a Class B driver's license is desirable to access various job sites flexibly.
- Flexibility to work full- or part-time, with workdays scheduled in full-day blocks (e.g., Monday to Wednesday or Monday, Thursday, and Friday) to optimize workflow.
- The employment contract is initially fixed-term for one year, with a clear aim for subsequent permanent employment.
