All Day Dining Manager

Job Overview

The All Day Dining Manager will oversee daily operations in restaurants, bars, and room service areas. Responsibilities include managing staff, assisting with menu planning, maintaining hygiene standards, supporting servers and hosts during busy periods, and focusing on enhancing both guest and employee satisfaction while optimizing financial performance in assigned departments. The role also involves identifying training needs and implementing development plans.

Candidate Profile

Education and Experience:

• A high school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of relevant experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related fields.
• Or a 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related areas accompanied by a minimum of 2 years of pertinent professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all daily operational activities, including staffing and service standards in restaurants, bars, lounges, and room service.
• Maintain compliance with sanitation, food safety, alcohol laws, and all relevant regulations.
• Lead, coach, and mentor team members to build trust, respect, cooperation, and a productive workforce.
• Establish clear expectations and guidelines for employees, monitor performance, and provide ongoing training.
• Provide exceptional guest service by anticipating needs, handling complaints effectively, and promoting a positive atmosphere.
• Engage directly with guests to obtain feedback and ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate departmental goals, manage financial aspects including purchasing and invoice payments, and oversee staffing levels to meet operational and financial objectives.
• Assist staff on the floor during peak hours and fill in for absent team members as needed.
