AI/ML Engineer - GEO/AEO Projects

About the Role

Join an innovative recruitment-tech startup as an AI/ML Engineer focused on advancing GEO, AEO, and SGE projects that leverage generative and AI-driven search technologies. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI and machine learning models to optimize digital experiences and search performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement AI/ML and generative AI solutions tailored to GEO and AEO-driven search scenarios.
• Collaborate on projects enhancing conversational search capabilities and large language models (LLMs).
• Improve content curation, data handling, and user experience related to semantic search, embeddings, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), and vector databases.
• Analyze and interpret search intent, AI-generated outputs, and patterns affecting discoverability and citation.
• Design and run experiments and frameworks to evaluate GEO/AEO and AI search efficacy.
• Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, SEO, content, marketing, and business units to align AI solutions with business goals.
• Continuously monitor metrics including accuracy, relevance, system latency, and overall user satisfaction to refine AI models and search features.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum one year of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, particularly with GEO/AEO technologies.
• Practical knowledge of AI-driven search environments including prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, and RAG techniques.
• Familiarity with search engine mechanics, semantic search methodologies, AI response generation, ranking algorithms, and entity optimization.
• Exposure to platforms such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, or comparable large language model technologies.
• Understanding of content structuring principles, schema design, context development, and knowledge representation within AI systems.
• Eligible candidates must hold a degree in Computer Science Engineering (BE/BTech or dual degree such as BTech + M.Tech/Integrated MSc/MS).

Additional Information

• Position location: Pune, Maharashtra, India (onsite role).
• Work schedule follows a 5-day work week.
• Salary range: ₹1,200,000 to ₹2,000,000 annually.
• Immediate joining preferred.
