Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions mainly within marketing domains; familiarity with content supply chain processes is a plus.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI and ML projects.
• Maintain a proactive, hands-on approach to continuously learn and apply novel AI/ML and Generative AI techniques, programming languages, and frameworks.
• Apply deep knowledge of AI/ML, Agile methodologies, and DevSecOps practices to enable automated product deployment through the entire software and AI development lifecycle.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, or a similar field.
• 6-8 years of experience in software engineering, data science, or analytics, with a minimum of 8 years specializing in AI/ML engineering and 3 recent years focused on Generative AI technologies such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, LangChain, Agents, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Vector Databases, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning.
• Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks and platforms including MLFlow, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and Scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience with major cloud providers like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with DevOps and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools and workflows, including Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong programming skills in Python or equivalent languages for AI and data analytics development.
• Advanced expertise in AI/ML methodologies such as deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, recommendation systems, reinforcement learning, and large language models.

Preferred Candidate Attributes

• Graduate or Master's degree in engineering, mathematics, statistics, or related disciplines.
• Experience in collaborating with distributed and cross-functional teams within diverse, global environments.
• History of defining and upholding AI/ML best practices, ethical standards, and governance.
• Proven ability to convert AI/ML projects into production-ready, value-generating products.
• Track record of delivering impactful AI/ML solutions for practical challenges and real-world cases.
