The AI Workflow Coordinator supports a major infrastructure and technology client engagement by managing the flow of information between analysts and AI tools. This entry-level full-time position involves preparing business documents for analysis, structuring data appropriately, crafting and refining prompts for language models, validating AI-generated outputs against source materials, and maintaining organized digital file versions. The coordinator ensures workflows are reliable, properly documented, and free from technical errors that could undermine analysis integrity.

Requirements and Qualifications
