AI Video Editor & Content Creator

About the Role

Think Tek Media, based in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, is seeking a creatively driven and technically proficient AI Video Editor and Content Creator. This position goes beyond traditional video editing, integrating cutting-edge generative AI tools with professional editing, motion graphics, and storytelling to produce compelling video content.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality videos such as Reels, Shorts, YouTube content, advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Edit raw footage to create engaging content designed to retain audience attention.
• Leverage AI technology to generate videos, cinematic sequences, characters, B-roll, and other visuals.
• Transform scripts and concepts into finalized AI-enhanced video productions.
• Create videos from images and text inputs employing AI tools.
• Work with AI-generated avatars, scenes, and create lifelike talking-head videos with lip-syncing.
• Apply AI-driven voiceovers, sound effects, and music as part of production.
• Design motion graphics, visual transitions, VFX, and other visual effects.
• Repurpose longer videos into short-form content optimized for social platforms.
• Develop diverse creative renditions tailored for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and advertising campaigns.
• Continuously explore and adopt novel AI tools to enhance video production workflows.
• Ensure visual quality, consistency, and coherent storytelling across scenes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in video editing preferred.
• Strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro; proficiency in After Effects and motion graphics is beneficial.
• Solid background in storytelling, pacing, and visual composition principles.
• Demonstrated experience creating videos using generative AI technologies.
• Ability to craft effective AI prompts and understand camera techniques including angles, lighting, and movements.
• Capability to maintain character continuity and visual consistency throughout projects.
• Keen creative vision coupled with a detail-oriented approach.
• Independent work ethic with strong commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Enthusiasm for experimental approaches and rapid adaptation to emerging AI video tools.

Technological Expertise (Preferred)

• AI Video Platforms: Runway, Google Veo/Flow, Kling AI, Higgsfield, Sora, Pika, Luma, Hailuo, Seedance.
• AI Image Generation: Midjourney, Flux, Leonardo AI, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT.
• AI Voice and Audio Tools: ElevenLabs, Suno, voice dubbing software.
• AI Avatar and Lip Sync Software: HeyGen, Hedra, Synthesia, D-ID, among others.
• Standard Editing Software: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop.

Portfolio Requirement

Submission of a portfolio or showreel is mandatory. Ideal examples include AI-generated videos, social media reels, commercial ads, cinematic AI productions, motion graphics, VFX, before-and-after editing samples, and AI character or lip-sync demonstrations. Applications lacking a portfolio may not be considered.

Compensation

Salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience, technical abilities, and demonstrated portfolio strength. Top-tier candidates with proficient AI video production skills will receive attractive remuneration.
