Role Overview

Based in Saidapettai, this full-time onsite position involves editing raw video footage to produce refined videos for marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, social media channels, and internal communications. Daily responsibilities include assembling video segments, trimming and arranging clips, integrating smooth transitions, and synchronizing audio to craft engaging narratives in line with brand standards. The role demands basic motion graphics creation, the application of visual effects, and conducting color correction and grading to ensure a cohesive visual presentation. Collaboration with creative, marketing, and product teams is essential to comprehend project goals, handle multiple deadlines efficiently, and tailor video content appropriately for various digital platforms and formats.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in professional video editing and production with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experienced in executing video color grading and correction to maintain high-quality and consistent visuals.
• Skilled in motion graphics and basic graphic design to produce simple animations, titles, overlays, and supplementary visual elements that enrich storytelling.
• Knowledgeable about various video formats, codecs, and frame rates, including optimization techniques for web, social media, and mobile devices.
• Detail-oriented with strong storytelling instincts and a demonstrable portfolio or showreel of relevant video work.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, able to interpret creative briefs and collaborate effectively with onsite cross-functional teams.
• Capable of managing time effectively, prioritizing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Preferably holds a diploma or degree in Film, Media, Visual Communication, or a related discipline, or possesses equivalent practical experience.
