Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time Video Editor to join our team onsite in Ghaziabad. The selected candidate will be responsible for converting raw travel footage into captivating and refined videos intended for social media, marketing initiatives, and digital platforms. Key daily duties involve editing video content, curating and organizing clips, integrating sound effects and music, and ensuring fluid transitions and a cohesive visual aesthetic.
Responsibilities
- Edit video content for social media and marketing channels, ensuring engaging and polished final products.
- Select and organize footage clips effectively to convey compelling narratives.
- Add sound effects and appropriate music to enrich viewer experience.
- Guarantee smooth transitions and maintain consistent visual style across all videos.
- Collaborate closely with creative and marketing departments to develop video story concepts.
- Incorporate feedback from teams to refine videos and optimize them for diverse platforms and formats.
- Adhere to brand guidelines while contributing innovative ideas to showcase destinations, tours, and experiences.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient video editing and production skills tailored for digital and social media content.
- Expertise in video color grading to maintain a high-quality and consistent visual tone.
- Experience creating motion graphics and visual overlays to enhance visual appeal.
- Familiarity with standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, plus motion graphics tools like After Effects.
- Ability to operate onsite in Ghaziabad and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams efficiently.
- Strong multitasking skills to manage several projects within tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with excellent visual storytelling capabilities and a relevant portfolio preferably featuring travel or lifestyle videos.
- Formal education or training in film, media, visual communication, or related areas is advantageous but not compulsory.
