Key Responsibilities

• Examine both structured and unstructured datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and statistically significant insights supporting research and business goals.
• Develop and implement predictive techniques such as regression, classification, time-series forecasting, and other statistical or mathematical models.
• Perform exploratory data analysis, design features, assess data quality, and validate models employing suitable evaluation frameworks.
• Plan and carry out statistical experiments including hypothesis and significance testing along with power analysis.
• Innovate AI agents leveraging Large Language Models to automate and coordinate analytic workflows.
• Fuse AI agents with databases, predictive analytics, and data pipelines to enable autonomous querying, reasoning, and result interpretation.
• Assess agent effectiveness focusing on task completion, reasoning accuracy, tool use, hallucination rates, and error management.
• Construct scalable data processing, machine learning models, and visualization tools using Python and connected technologies.
• Query, manipulate, and analyze data via relational databases utilizing SQL.
• Support reproducible data workflows, experiment tracking, code evaluations, technical documentation, and research dissemination.
• Effectively communicate technical discoveries and suggestions to diverse stakeholders including technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in disciplines such as Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, or related quantitative fields. Recent graduates with solid technical skills are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Python programming and key data science libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, SciPy, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
• Strong competence in data preprocessing tasks including feature engineering, normalization, managing missing data, and outlier detection.
• Firm understanding of mathematical principles including linear algebra, calculus, optimization, and probability theory.
