Role Overview
This position involves leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance various facets of the real estate industry, including development, investment, construction, and finance. The AI Product Manager will collaborate with business teams to translate challenges into actionable product specifications, steer the entire product lifecycle, and deliver impactful AI-driven solutions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Analyze real estate business needs to uncover potential applications for AI technology.
- Identify and clearly define AI use cases within real estate sectors such as development, investment, construction, and finance.
- Liaise with business units to grasp problems accurately and transform them into detailed product requirements.
- Establish product scope, prioritize features, set timelines, and outline expected results.
- Oversee AI product development from ideation through testing to deployment.
