Role Overview

We are seeking an outstanding AI Product Lead to act as the customer's advocate and oversee full-cycle delivery of complex AI projects—from initial scoping to post-completion—ensuring impactful results are delivered promptly and to specification. This role demands collaboration with engineers, data scientists, and quality specialists and suits someone who thrives within cross-functional teams. The AI Product Lead will be responsible for maintaining a clear vision of use case delivery, clarifying project ROI for teams, and fostering customer alignment in a rapidly expanding AI delivery context. This position calls for a product expert skilled in technical product management, project excellence, agile execution, and team leadership, working closely with Engagement Leads to develop strong use cases and secure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full accountability for project delivery, managing specifications, design, and outcomes across the entire lifecycle.
• Chart end-to-end customer journeys, define and scope use cases, control scope changes, and ensure continuous customer alignment.
• Document current processes during discovery phases and lead scoping workshops to convert customer needs into clear AI solution designs.
• Identify and communicate delivery risks early, highlighting significant scope changes and budget impacts.
• Perform detailed data, process, and workflow analyses to guide decision-making and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering to support project design, non-functional requirements, API discovery, feasibility, and AI product readiness.
• Organize and lead agile ceremonies and sprint activities such as drafting and validating user stories, monitoring scope, and resolving impediments.
• Plan and run low-fidelity demos at milestones while managing stakeholder expectations and promoting alignment.
• Oversee the entire User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase: initiate UAT, schedule review meetings, triage feedback, and make go/no-go decisions with customer involvement.
• Manage a portfolio of complex, often ambiguous use cases across various industries and contribute to emergent AI initiatives.
• Serve as the primary customer-facing leader during build phases, conducting weekly status meetings.
• Work with Engagement Leads to translate customer requirements into execution plans and roadmaps.
• Support Engagement Leads by providing detailed use case context and tracking completion progress.
• Participate in customer meetings to validate requirements and address concerns constructively, ensuring transparent communication.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 8 years in roles such as Technical Consultant, Product Owner, Product Manager, or delivery-focused positions within technology or AI sectors.
• Solid understanding of APIs and data schemas enabling credible technical discussions and evaluation of integration impacts.
• Ability to interpret and represent data models facilitating mock data generation.
• Thorough knowledge of agile delivery methodologies with proven experience managing sprint ceremonies and product backlogs end-to-end.
• Proven track record as the central customer liaison for complex projects, fostering trust, managing expectations, and ensuring transparent communication during delivery.
• Extensive experience conducting scoping and requirements workshops with multiple stakeholders, including creating templates, mappings, and process documentation.
• Experienced in coordinating UAT processes such as scenario validation, scheduling, feedback management, and readiness planning.
• Strong analytical capability to convert ambiguous client needs into well-defined requirements, user stories, and feasible AI solution designs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce status updates and deliver compelling demonstrations to stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in dynamic, high-responsibility contexts where the success of delivery directly influences customer ROI.
• Familiarity with business analysis and delivery tools including Jira and Confluence.
