Role Summary
Join the AI Agent Team passionate about advancing AI agents using tools like Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor in everyday AI innovation. The belief is that AI agents will redefine the future workspace. Your role will focus on developing AI agent systems that support financial data analysis, automate research, and optimize workflow within the trading infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain AI agents tailored for analyzing financial data, automating research tasks, and streamlining trading workflows.
- Investigate and implement AI-driven workflows and agent-based architectures within quantitative finance, experimenting with multi-agent systems, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and skill development frameworks.
- Incorporate the latest AI advancements to improve trading infrastructure and research methodologies.
- Collaborate closely with quantitative researchers and data scientists to embed multi-scenario financial AI models into research and trading platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated expertise in Python programming and a good grasp of AI libraries.
- Experience working with RAG systems, multi-agent frameworks, or workflow orchestration tools.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor is advantageous.
- Prior financial industry experience is not necessary.
