Role Overview
We seek a dedicated and skilled AI Engineer to join our engineering division. The role involves creating production-grade AI applications, autonomous AI agents, and scalable machine learning infrastructures using cutting-edge advancements in large language models, AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation, and modern ML frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement production-quality artificial intelligence applications and intelligent automation solutions.
- Develop autonomous AI agents utilizing contemporary agent frameworks and orchestration systems.
- Create and refine RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines tailored for enterprise-level knowledge bases.
- Perform fine-tuning and optimization on both open-source and proprietary large language models.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to convert business needs into effective AI strategies and solutions.
Candidate Requirements
- Educational background with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
- Minimum of three years of professional experience as an AI or Machine Learning Engineer.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities combined with effective communication skills.
- Proficient in machine learning principles and techniques for model assessment.
- Hands-on experience with large language models such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or open-source alternatives like Llama, Mistral, and Qwen.
- Knowledge of vector database technologies including Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, Chroma, or FAISS.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
