Internship Role

As an AI Engagement Intern, you will collaborate closely with Strategists and Engagement Managers, gaining exposure to how Mint AI implements Arabic-native AI for government and enterprise clients. You will assist in client discovery, opportunity scoping, and deployment stages, contributing actively throughout.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on various institutions and industries to identify challenges and formulate AI use cases.
• Support preparation of workshops, demonstrations, proposals, and executive presentations in both Arabic and English.
• Create rapid prototypes using no-code and low-code AI platforms to validate concepts with clients.
• Document client meetings by taking notes, monitoring actions, and following up accordingly.
• Monitor engagement outcomes to develop case studies and derive insights.
• Participate in research and content creation relating to AI adoption trends in Qatar and the GCC region.
• Maintain a people-centric approach to AI applications, transparently communicating AI capabilities and limitations.

Requirements

• Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory, complemented by professional-level English proficiency; Arabic serves as the primary working language.
• Strong alignment with Mint AI's core values and social commitments.
• Enrollment in or recent graduation from degrees such as business, public policy, communications, international affairs, data science, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated research, writing, and presentation skills.
• Genuine interest in artificial intelligence and practical experience with AI tools.
• Curiosity regarding governmental operations and public sector impact.
• Highly organized, dependable, and adaptable in dynamic environments.
