Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled AI Developer to craft enterprise-grade AI applications utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Optical Character Recognition (OCR), and Azure AI services. The position emphasizes creating scalable, cloud-native AI solutions on Microsoft Azure with integration and collaboration across architects, analysts, and automation developers. This opportunity is based in Bengaluru.
Responsibilities
- Develop AI applications leveraging LLMs, RAG, NLP, OCR, and Azure AI technologies.
- Architect and implement scalable, cloud-native AI systems on Microsoft Azure.
- Work in close coordination with AI Architects, Business Analysts, and Automation Developers to meet project goals.
- Design reusable AI frameworks, prompt templates, and enterprise-grade AI components to streamline development.
- Adhere to responsible AI guidelines, incorporating thorough logging, testing, CI/CD pipelines, and ensure production support.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years software development experience involving AI or Generative AI projects.
- Practical expertise with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Claude models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
- Hands-on experience with OCR technologies such as Azure Document Intelligence or comparable platforms.
- Proficiency in programming languages: Python and/or .NET with C#.
- Strong working knowledge of Azure cloud infrastructure, RESTful APIs, CI/CD workflows, DevOps practices, and responsible AI implementation.
