AI Architect

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI Architect to design comprehensive AI solutions addressing multifaceted business challenges primarily in sports, education, and healthcare domains. This role involves crafting strong AI business cases by pinpointing high-impact opportunities and utilizing advanced AI technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver scalable AI solutions using cloud-native platforms like Azure AI Foundry and Google Agent Space.
• Accelerate solution development by integrating pre-built AI services including NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
• Ensure alignment of AI initiatives with organizational goals focused on sports, healthcare, and education sectors.
• Integrate cloud AI services with existing enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, medical, and sports performance systems.
• Streamline data integration across structured databases and unstructured formats like videos, medical records, and documents via APIs, middleware, and automation.
• Maintain strict adherence to data privacy regulations including GDPR, HIPAA, and local laws while managing AI governance and risk.
• Monitor AI systems for fairness, transparency, and explainability, embedding security and governance best practices.
• Deploy and tailor existing AI models and configure conversational AI agents and analytics tools to support operational requirements.
• Evaluate new features from cloud AI providers and integrate them effectively into solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI adoption opportunities and build trust through delivering measurable AI business value.
• Optimize AI systems to ensure performance, scalability, speed, and reliability along with implementing continuous monitoring and improvements.
• Develop and track KPIs and measure the return on investment of AI deployments.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Solution Architecture, including at least 4 years in applied AI/ML projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or Engineering disciplines.
• Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory to fulfill bilingual communication needs.
• Certifications in AI software development such as Microsoft Certified AI Developer or Architect, Azure AI Foundry, and Google Cloud AI/ML platforms are required.
• Additional certifications in software development like Microsoft Certified Developer or Architect are preferred.

Required Skills

• Deep expertise in AI project development with solid understanding of AI concepts, tools, frameworks, and models.
• Mastery of various solution architecture methods including architectural evaluation scenarios, component modeling, and impact analysis.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), requirement analysis, and both high-level and detailed technical design.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry for enterprise AI deployment and lifecycle management.
• Practical expertise with Google Agent Builder, Google SDK for mobile agents, and multi-agent system architectures.
• Advanced understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques for enterprise knowledge management.
• Skilled in database and data architecture including SQL, NoSQL, vector databases, and knowledge graphs.
• Ability to design AI solutions that are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.
