Role Summary

We are seeking an AI Adoption Specialist to support the rollout and scaling of our AI adoption program across The Warehouse Group. Working closely with the AI Adoption Lead and Data & AI team, you will help convert adoption goals into clear communications, engaging learning resources, and practical events. Your work will enable team members to discover, understand, and safely use AI technologies such as Microsoft Copilot.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop newsletters, videos, user stories, case studies, and campaigns to promote AI adoption.
• Create and manage SharePoint knowledge hubs, prompt libraries, templates, FAQs, and training materials.
• Support the establishment and ongoing activity of an AI Champion Network and communities of practice.
• Organize AI showcases, webinars, workshops, conferences, and other educational events.
• Transform event content and business cases into reusable learning assets.
• Produce and maintain user-facing documentation, guides, and training resources for AI tools.
• Conduct internal workshops and demonstrations to enhance AI literacy and user confidence.
• Serve as the primary contact for AI adoption support, feedback, and inquiries from business stakeholders.
• Track adoption progress and collect input to refine future enablement efforts.
• Leverage approved AI tools and automation to enhance content creation, resource management, and workflows.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will excel at simplifying complex or technical content into accessible, audience-specific materials. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain current, searchable information are essential. Experience in supporting employee communities, champion networks, or learning groups is required, alongside demonstrated skills in creating clear communications across multiple platforms such as SharePoint, Viva Engage, newsletters, videos, and presentations.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and generative AI tools, mainly Microsoft Copilot, is important, with hands-on experience building and sustaining SharePoint sites and content libraries.

Additional advantageous skills and experiences include:

• Familiarity with Viva Engage, Viva Amplify, Power Automate, or Copilot Studio.
• Background in change management, digital adoption, internal communications, or learning design.
• Video editing, graphic design, or digital production expertise.
• Knowledge management, content governance, tagging, or information architecture understanding.
• Experience working in a large, distributed retail or technology organization.
