Responsibilities

• Engineer scalable multi-agent systems (planners, executors, judges) to automate complete NeoCloud engineering and business workflows.
• Integrate AI agents with internal services and SaaS APIs to autonomously initiate infrastructure tasks like node cordoning, checkpointing, and hardware repair.
• Create autonomous AI agents capable of code generation, software refactoring, and real-time telemetry analysis to self-correct operational issues.
• Design short and long-term memory architectures for AI agents, supporting persistent infrastructure task continuity via protocols such as the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Implement advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines to ensure reliable data-driven decision-making by agents drawn from telemetry and observability systems.
• Apply rigorous evaluation methods and safeguard mechanisms using "LLM-as-a-Judge" frameworks to monitor agent effectiveness, security, and compliance.
• Develop company-wide engineering practices using Harness to automate deployment, governance, and lifecycle management of agentic systems, incorporating CI/CD and feature flags.
• Partner with Kubernetes and Infrastructure Engineering teams to embed autonomous agents into platform control planes enabling proactive self-optimizing resilience.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Brings at least six years of professional software engineering experience, especially in production-level Python and TypeScript development.
• Experienced with modern agentic frameworks such as LangGraph and CrewAI and knowledgeable about state-of-the-art Large Language Models like OpenAI and Anthropic Claude.
• Proven ability to architect complex systems that translate ambiguous business workflows into robust AI-driven logic and reusable patterns.
• Knowledgeable in deploying AI functionalities in cloud-native environments including AWS, Azure, GCP, or private clouds.
• Familiar with Kubernetes internals, infrastructure automation, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Harness.
• Strong understanding of distributed architectures, telemetry, observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, OpenTelemetry), and hardware-level metric analysis.
• Exemplary leadership skills bridging traditional software engineering and autonomous AI, accompanied by excellent communication abilities.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional engineering environment focusing on building scalable and reliable software solutions.
