Job description
Job Responsibilities
- Enhance pipeline efficiency and model effectiveness for large language models (LLMs) within retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) frameworks.
- Innovate and develop sophisticated applications of LLMs in areas such as multi-modal processing, function invocation, and interactive search interfaces.
- Monitor the cutting-edge progress in evaluation techniques for LLMs focusing on RAG, multi-modal agents, and function calling, and establish comprehensive evaluation methodologies.
- Refine core capabilities of LLMs including instruction adherence, reasoning and planning skills, extended text memory, and knowledge transfer, facilitating their real-world deployment.
Qualifications
- Possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar disciplines.
- Experience in natural language processing, search technologies, advertising, or recommendation systems with familiarity in current NLP architectures, particularly Transformers and BERT.
- Strong programming expertise with proficiency in Python and Shell scripting.
- Excellent communication and logical reasoning abilities, eagerness for learning and exploration, collaborative teamwork spirit, and high accountability.
- Desirable to have influential achievements such as scholarly publications or open-source software contributions.
