Job Overview
This role involves managing crucial post-sales operations ensuring smooth process flows from invoicing to delivery coordination.
Primary Duties
- Generate and issue sales invoices accurately according to order details.
- Create and handle e-way bills for all outbound shipments ensuring compliance.
- Work closely with logistics and dispatch teams to facilitate on-time deliveries.
- Keep comprehensive records of invoices, e-way bills, and shipping status.
- Ensure all documentation for inter-state and intra-state transfers is precise and complete.
- Offer continued support to the sales team by managing post-order documents and coordination tasks.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging between 15000 and 17000 INR.
