Role Overview
We are collaborating with a partner company to recruit an Affiliate Manager to oversee player acquisition efforts throughout the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region from Saudi Arabia. This role emphasizes attracting high-quality first-time depositors (FTDs) and sustaining revenue growth through comprehensive acquisition strategies encompassing affiliates, paid media, influencers, SEO, and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive acquisition plans focused on the GCC markets, targeting FTDs and revenue growth with an emphasis on sustainability.
- Design, launch, manage, and refine marketing campaigns involving affiliate networks, paid media channels, influencer engagements, SEO, and strategic collaborations.
- Discover and explore innovative channels and acquisition tactics to accelerate market expansion within the region.
- Establish and maintain strong commercial partnerships with affiliates, media agencies, publishers, influencers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Continuously track and optimize campaign KPIs including player quality metrics, cost per acquisition (CPA), return on investment (ROI), lifetime value (LTV), number of FTDs, generated revenue, and conversion rates.
- Oversee marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation maximizing commercial outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as CRM, Product, Business Intelligence, Content, Compliance, and Design to enhance campaign performance and player conversion rates.
- Utilize insights on local market conditions and player behavior to tailor culturally appropriate campaigns aligned with GCC audience preferences.
- Analyze competitors, market trends, and consumer behaviors to pinpoint new opportunities for business growth.
- Prepare detailed performance reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
- Constantly assess campaign effectiveness and adapt strategies related to channels, partnerships, and budget allocation according to data-driven insights.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in acquisition, performance marketing, affiliate marketing, or growth marketing specifically related to the iGaming industry.
- Demonstrated success in driving player acquisition and increasing FTDs across GCC markets.
- Comprehensive understanding of affiliate marketing, performance-driven digital marketing, and growth strategies.
- Experience managing various commercial partnership models including CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid arrangements.
- Strong analytical capabilities to interpret marketing performance data and apply insights to business decisions.
- Commercially minded with excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency with acquisition platforms, marketing analytics, and performance measurement tools.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills with ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is highly desirable.
- Established network of affiliates, media agencies, and influencers within the GCC region favored.
- Experience launching or scaling casino brands in regulated or emerging markets regarded as an advantage.
- Understanding of GCC player acquisition trends and regional payment systems beneficial.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a remote, fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
