Overview
This opportunity is offered by a partner company seeking an Affiliate Manager to lead player acquisition efforts throughout the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region from the United Arab Emirates. The core focus is on boosting high-quality First Time Depositor (FTD) metrics and driving sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall acquisition strategy targeting GCC markets with KPIs around FTDs, revenue, and long-term growth.
- Design, launch, manage, and refine campaigns spanning affiliate networks, paid media, influencers, SEO, strategic partnerships, and other relevant channels.
- Explore new acquisition avenues and emerging platforms to accelerate regional growth.
- Forge and nurture strong commercial partnerships with affiliates, agencies, publishers, influencers, and key stakeholders.
- Track and enhance campaign effectiveness using metrics like player quality, cost per acquisition (CPA), return on investment (ROI), lifetime value (LTV), FTDs, revenue, and conversion rates.
- Manage marketing budgets ensuring optimal spend allocation to maximize returns.
- Collaborate closely with CRM, Product, Business Intelligence, Content, Compliance, and Design teams to elevate campaign impact and player conversions.
- Leverage deep GCC market knowledge and consumer behavior insights to craft culturally aligned campaigns.
- Analyze competitor strategies, market trends, and consumer data to uncover fresh growth opportunities.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
- Continuously monitor and adjust acquisition channels, partnership approaches, and budget distributions to optimize performance.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in player acquisition, performance marketing, affiliate marketing, or growth marketing within the iGaming sector.
- Demonstrated success in driving player acquisition and FTD expansion specifically in GCC markets.
- In-depth understanding of affiliate marketing, paid acquisitions, digital marketing, and performance-driven growth techniques.
- Experience negotiating and managing diverse commercial models including CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid partnerships.
- Strong analytical competence to interpret campaign data and transform insights into actionable business strategies.
- Commercially oriented with excellent negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Proficiency with marketing platforms, analytics tools, acquisition technologies, and performance measurement systems.
- Exceptional communication capabilities; fluency in English is essential, Arabic skills highly advantageous.
- Robust network within GCC affiliate, agency, media, or influencer communities is a significant plus.
- Experience with launching or growing casino brands in regulated or nascent markets is highly valuable.
- Well-versed in GCC player acquisition trends and familiar with regional payment mechanisms.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote, and results-oriented setting.
