Ads Optimiser - Dutch Language Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Ads Optimiser to manage large-scale client campaigns focused primarily on search advertising. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive expertise in search engine mechanics, keyword strategies, and on-page and off-page optimization methods.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a clear understanding of Search advertising, with additional knowledge of Display and Video advertising preferred.
• Comprehend client campaign targets, budgets, timelines, and all critical information to facilitate effective campaign management.
• Possess certifications and working knowledge of the Google AdWords platform, including Search, Video, and Display.
• Keep current with product updates to recommend enhancements that improve campaign results.
• Utilize tools such as Google Docs and Microsoft Excel (basic to advanced level) efficiently.
• Independently handle assigned cases, ensuring completion within designated turnaround times.
• Design and execute campaign strategies aligned with client goals using the AdWords interface, including creation and optimization of Expanded Text Ads (ETAs).
• Adapt working approaches to accommodate task and client demands.
• Meet all deliverable requirements promptly and notify leads or clients about any potential delays.
• Communicate fluently and confidently in English with correct grammar and clear pronunciation.
• Exhibit native or C-level fluency in Dutch.

Required Qualifications

• Experience working with AdWords and customer support functions.
• Hands-on expertise in Google Ads with certifications highly favorable.
• Strong comprehension of online Search advertising practices.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions and pivot tables.
• Ability to quickly learn and master new technologies.
• Exceptional communication skills coupled with a proactive and positive attitude toward work.
• Analytical and objective decision-making skills.
• Strong work discipline with capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
