About The Opportunity
Join a renowned global company in a temporary administrative position with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role. Provide vital assistance to a busy customer service team by handling daily administration tasks, generating reports, coordinating travel and meetings, and supporting team activities.
Ensure smooth operations by managing expenses, purchasing, maintenance requests, and organizing team events. Collaborate closely with managers and colleagues in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Work hours are Monday to Friday during standard business hours, with an immediate start.
Qualifications and Attributes
- Previous experience working in administration within a busy team setting.
- Excellent organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint; possessing analytical skills is advantageous.
- A collaborative team mindset while also being confident to work independently and take responsibility when required.
What You Will Receive

- Standard working hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, located near Auckland Airport.
